Delivery
Delivery is exclusively by prepayment.
Do you pay with iDeal? Delivery will take place within 1 - 4 working days.
Do you pay by bank transfer? Delivery may take a few working days longer due to the processing of your transfer by the bank.
Exchange or Return
Drawings purchased by mail order and therefore not viewed beforehand, can be exchanged within 3 weeks of receipt if they do not meet expectations at all. The drawing must then be returned completely intact and undamaged. Incomplete delivery or a misprint will be supplemented or exchanged by us without question.

Privacy and Data Protection Act
Modelbouwtekeningen.nl is responsible for processing customer data collected when entering into agreements with the aim of:
1) being able to execute the agreement with the customer
2) maintaining an administration of all customers and
3) making relevant offers from Modelbouwtekeningen.nl / Modelbouw Media Primair B.V.
4) making relevant offers from carefully selected third parties (advertisers)

Auslieferung
Auslieferung erfolgt nur gegen Kasse oder bei Vorausbezahlung.
Tausch oder Rückgabe
Über Postversand gekaufte Baupläne die nicht vor dem Kauf eingesehen sind können innerhalb drei Wochen nach Empfang umgetauscht werden wenn Ihre Erwartungen total nicht erfüllt sind. Baupläne müüssen beim Rücksendung ungebraucht und unbeschädigt sein. Nicht komplette Lieferungen oder Fehldrücke werde ohnehin korrigiert auf Ihre Angabe. Bitte berichten Sie das Tekeningen archief bevor Sie ein Plan zurück sende.
