Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively upon advance payment.
Are you paying with iDeal? Delivery will take place within 1 - 4 working days.
Are you paying by bank transfer? Delivery may take a few working days longer due to the processing of your transfer by the bank.
Exchanges or Returns
Drawings purchased by mail order and therefore not viewed in advance can be exchanged within 3 weeks of receipt if they do not meet expectations at all. The drawing must be returned completely intact and undamaged. When returning, please include your name, address details, and order number. Without this information, we cannot process your return correctly.
