The MS Koningin Wilhelmina was a diesel-electric powered ferry, built in 1927 at J. & K. Smit in Kinderdijk for the Provincial Steamboat Services in Zeeland. The boat could transport 42 cars and 800 passengers. Together with the MS Prins Hendrik and the MS Prinses Juliana, these were the bow-loading ferries of the service.

In 1958, the boat was sold to TESO to operate between Den Helder and Texel, this was because TESO, due to the costs of the new ferry port 't Horntje, had no money for a new boat. Due to its age, the boat quickly earned the nickname "granny". The boat was decommissioned as a ferry in 1967, subsequently had various owners, including salvage company Smit Tak, and was scrapped in the late eighties.
