The MS Oslofjord (1949) was an iconic passenger and cruise ship built by the Nederlandsche Dok en Scheepsbouw Maatschappij (NDSM) in Amsterdam for Den Norske Amerikalinje (NAL). It was the largest ship ever built by the NDSM for a foreign client.

1949–1967: In service with Den Norske Amerikalinje for transatlantic crossings and cruises.
1967–1968: Chartered to the Greek shipping company Greek Line for cruises from Southampton.
1969–1970: Chartered by Costa Armatori and renamed Fulvia.
On 19 July 1970, the Fulvia was struck by an explosion in the engine room whilst sailing approximately 100 nautical miles north of the Canary Islands. The fire spread rapidly throughout the ship. Passengers and crew were evacuated and transferred to the French passenger ship MS Ancerville. The ship sank on 20 July 1970 at position 29°57′N 16°30′W, approximately 100 nautical miles north of the Canary Islands.
