The interior of the Volendam is inspired by gardens, featuring floral motifs, carpets and large vases of fresh flowers. Like the Zaandam, the Volendam features a Baroque-style Dutch pipe organ and guitars signed by famous artists.
The Volendam is 237 metres long, 32.3 metres wide and has a gross tonnage of 61,000 GT. The ship can accommodate 1,432 passengers and has a crew of 588.
